The loan approval process is fully centralised via. the Head Office of Fast Action Finance. You will be provided with a quick response to your mortgage application and importantly we are on hand to respond 24/7 to your on-going loan management requirements. That is the benefit of DEALING DIRECT.

Our funds are raised through AAA Rated Mortgage Backed Bonds providing certainty your interest rate and product features remain competitive for the life of your mortgage. The method of funding has provided borrowers with a cheaper alternative than retail banks who predominately fund their loans via branch generated deposits.

Every mortgage is independently held by a Trustee, such as Perpetual Trustees Victoria Limited, Permanent Custodians Limited, GEL Custodians Pty Ltd, the Howard Mortgage Trust, and Australian Mortgage Securities Pty Ltd, Australian Executor Trustees Limited, who will supervise and physically hold the mortgage documentation in safe custody.

Funds are provided through traditional banks if the need arises for specialised and personal lending requirements.
