Fast Action Finance holds Accreditations/Originator Agreements with various lending institutions who provide funding for multi-million dollar construction and development projects, some of which require funding, or require a participating Joint Venture Partner.

Cheryl Guest, Principal of Fast Action Finance will discuss these projects with the applicant personally and arrange the appropriate Board Meetings to discuss the funding proposals.

Fast Action Finance are Members of the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited (COSL Membership No. 406371), and strictly adhere to their respective Code of Ethics. The F.B.A.A. Registered No. 4362, and have access to the Commercial Brokers Association, A.I.G. Financial Solutions Adviser Reg. No. 314313. We are also holders of a Cash Dealer’s Licence No. 1938 and a Credit Provider’s Licence No. 11479.7.
